I'm not gonna expect that release to be shown on the main app directory, it's just a way to publish my work. I just found it very convenient to carry my most favourite piece of software on my PortableApps drive, so I followed the Open Source spirit and created the installer to share it with other people who may find it useful. However, I fully understand that this platform preferably supports FOSS software and it's not appreciated to use it to launch propretary software. The downloaded PhpStorm package comes with a valid 30-day license, so i'm not conflicting any licenses here.

I also released the generated installer under a GPL compatible license and published it's source code that's what the GPL requires me, nothing more. All its components are released under GPL.
